COYAA administers a local and national background check, which includes sex offender registries, on each coach. Background checks are required to be administered every two years. Any convictions or pending cases involving felonies, violent crimes, and crimes against children may prohibit you from volunteering in the organization. Copies of previously administered background checks will not be accepted. By digitally signing this document, you agree to complete the electronic background check forms provided by COYAA.
