When registering your child for a sport or completing the coaching application, COYAA may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you register your child for a sport through COYAA, we will collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the registration transaction.

However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to use when you elect to register your child for a sport or complete the coach application. We collect information of children under 13 years old through our registration forms when parents sign their children up for a sports program.
